Dig deep into the Earth’s crust to uncover valuable minerals and gems in Craft Drill — a strangely satisfying 2D arcade game. You won’t need to do the heavy lifting yourself, but instead, you’ll maintain, upgrade, and operate semi-automated tools and machinery. The calming background music sets the perfect mood for this hyper-casual yet highly addictive gameplay experience.
You control a rotating, cross-shaped drill attached to a rope, which effortlessly digs through dirt, iron, gems, gold, and almost anything in its way. You can also switch to a jackhammer extension at the end of the rope to break through tougher rocks, or use a powerful vacuum to move the mined blocks onto a conveyor belt.
How to Play Craft Drill
The rotating cross-shaped drill has bits attached to each side, which you can upgrade individually. To maximize efficiency, it’s best to keep these bits at a similar level of quality. The jackhammer upgrades work the same way, but they’re most effective when used to break large stones into smaller chunks.
In the shopping cart section, you can purchase upgrades for the Engine, Rope length, Truck, and Drill Hammer. These upgrades are much more affordable than upgrading the individual bits, making them a smart investment that’s often overlooked.
