Space Huggers puts you in the role of a highly trained rebel operative sent to sabotage the empire's relentless expansion into distant corners of the galaxy. As imperial forces set up fortified outposts on alien worlds, your mission is clear: infiltrate and destroy. Armed with high-powered weapons, grenades, and a few clever tricks, you'll battle your way through procedurally generated environments filled with danger—and opportunities.

Each level is fully destructible, giving you the ability to manipulate the terrain, blow through obstacles, and take down enemies in style. With tight platforming mechanics, explosive action, and a variety of enemy types, Space Huggers is an intense and endlessly replayable shooter experience.

How to Play Space Huggers

Your main objective is to eliminate all hostiles in each level. A radar at the bottom of your screen shows the remaining enemies. You begin with 10 lives, and for every completed level, you’ll receive 3 extra lives to help sustain your mission deeper into enemy territory.

Gameplay Tips:

• Rolling for Safety and Offense: Use the roll maneuver not only to avoid damage but also to extinguish flames and knock down enemies.
• Melee Rolling: Rolling into enemies deals direct damage, making it an effective close-range tactic.
• Wall Scaling: Hold the jump button to climb walls and reach elevated areas.
• Flip Jumping: Roll immediately after a jump to gain extra vertical height.
• Grenade Jumps: Use grenade blasts beneath your character to launch yourself to hard-to-reach platforms.
• Tactical Awareness: Keep your distance from white-clad elite enemies. They use evasive rolls and flips to stay one step ahead.
